I’m not always available to take calls due to the fact that I am out of the office working on production. A message can be left at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Credit card orders can be taken over the phone. We also do business the old fashioned way with a check or money order made out to Classic Sportsman. It may take up to two weeks when waiting for a check to clear.

Duluth Pack / Classic Sportsman Guarantee 

We stand behind our work and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty covering all craftmanship and hardware we use in the construction of our products. Craftmanship includes our sewing and riveting. Hardware includes all zippers, buckles, D-rings, snaps, and any other parts utilized in the manufactureing of our bags.

If at any time during the life of your Duluth Pack/Classic Sportsman product you have problems in these areas, return the product and it will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired due to the defect in craftmanship or faulty hardware, we will be happy to replace the item at Duluth Pack's and Classic Sportsman's discretion. Duluth Pack/Classic Sportsman  is not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product and therefore is not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. We sincerely value your patronage and will always do our best to go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with every Duluth Pack /Classic Sportsman purchase.

Returns

Defective Item or Incorrect Size

To exchange or return an article of clothing or an accessory due to improper fit or manufacturing defect, send it to us with no questions asked within 14 days of receipt. We will send another size or exchange for same. If a replacement product is unavailable we will contact you regarding an alternative option or issue a return credit, at your choice. If there exists a difference in price between the returned item(s) a charge or a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Returned items should be sent with the return form included in your shipment. Unused Items

We accept any unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt and will issue an exchange or return credit, at your choice. If there exists a difference in price between the returned item(s) a charge or a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Returned items should be sent with the return form included in your shipment. Damaged Items

If an item is damaged due to accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear it is not returnable.

The typical turnaround time for an Exchange or Return, including shipping time both ways, is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, the difference in shipping will be incurred by the sender. Please have you order # ready when you call or include it when you write to us. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us, but we will reship back to them for free. My Personal Guarantee

If after you receive your shipment  you are not 100% satisfied, send it back for a refund for the amount of the item with no questions asked. It would, however, be helpful if you would include comments.
